m1 macbook ssd过度写入，150小时写入240tb

一個是作為生產力工具內存太小, 最大才到 16G

另一個就是 M1 的 swap 策略看起來過於激進

我也是 16+512的Pro，马上三个月写入3T，读取6T

这个是怎么测试出来的，同M1我也想知道我这正常不正常

同款，使用2个月（通电53hr）写入2T，读取3.1T。
