下载时The iTunes Store is unable to process purchases

最近我们的APP用户在下载的时候，会有一部分用户提示The iTunes Store is unable to process purchases at this time，please try again later这个弹框。看了网上的一些方法注销Id的方法也不好用。查看苹果系统状态，Apple store确实是处于服务中断状态，但是我用手机下载其他APP是可以下载的。我的APP也做了内购，这个问题会和内购有关系吗？
