申请电话支持，却等不到电话。再次输入信息是，得到如下提示：邮件中会收到：We tried to call you
at the phone number you provided, but we couldn't reach you. If you still need
help, you can reschedule the call.
换个手机号码也没用。手机没有问题，能接打电话。
