安装了虚拟机运行Win7系统，但是U盾无法指派给Windows，无论优先与否，过滤与否，提示U盾没有attached到host上（is not currently attached to the host.），但是作为host的OSX，在它的系统信息里能够看到该USB设备（U盾）。

你的Windows的设备配置如何，Win 7的USB驱动程序是否安装？

参考VB的官方说明（http://download.virtualbox.org/virtualbox/5.1.26/UserManual.pdf）：

USB.

VirtualBox emulates three USB host controllers: xHCI, EHCI, and OHCI. While xHCI handles all USB transfer speeds, only guest operating systems released approximately after 2011 support xHCI. Note that for Windows 7 guests, 3rd party drivers must be installed for xHCI support.

Older operating systems typically support OHCI and EHCI. The two controllers are needed because OHCI only handles USB low- and full-speed devices (both USB 1.x and 2.0), while EHCI only handles high-speed devices (USB 2.0 only).

The emulated USB controllers do not communicate directly with devices on the host but rather with a virtual USB layer which abstracts the USB protocol and allows the use of remote USB devices.

别忘了安装“VirtualBox 5.1.26 Oracle VM VirtualBox Extension Pack”

新旧版本U盾的支持也不好说，如果你的银行U盾支持Mac，还是直接Mac。

另，尽量一次性把情况说具体清楚，在计算机世界里基本没有一个解决方案能解决所有问题，尤其是疑难杂症，总是具体问题具体分析。比如，说你的U盾是哪家的版本，你的虚拟机 Windows 7的情况，比如32位系统还是64位的，你的虚拟机配置情况，Mac的错误详细情况，Win的错误报告，特别是成功的U盘与U盾的对比，是否询问过该银行的U盾支持以及答复情况等等。

另外网上看，不同的U盾对不同的虚拟机的支持也不太一样，你也可以尝试下VMWare的。
