MacBook Pro 16寸 2019 A2141 - 外接显示器的GPU问题 / GPU problem when using many monitor.

背景：intel 16寸，A2141， OSX11 Big Sur（OSX10.10升级上来的）， 买来到现在一直都是连着雷电扩展3个4k用，一年移动不超过4次，GPU设定是pmset -a GPUSwitch 2（自动调用，默认的）。

问题1：最近2个月，但我需要频繁用到Chrome GPU调用的时候（已开启硬件加速），直接调用的是废物的UHD630，不知道为什么，非常卡顿，就连Google map看着都卡，之前没发生过这个情况，直接就能调用出来5500M独显。

问题2: 问题1的延伸，核显卡就卡吧，用了一会，任务结束掉之后，UHD630核显按理说没有负载了，可结果还是维持在10瓦负载，哪怕我所有的软件都退了只留了一个桌面，也是10瓦负载。（请看图）。 意思就是我这时候同时是独显和核显同时工作， 但按我20多年用mac的经验是，当外接显示器的时候只会有独显工作才对？

所以，问一下各位，有没有遇到过这个问题，而且有没有人知道怎么办？如何解决？

已经试过了rest SMC/NVRAM，而且本人工作流已习惯，谢绝升级系统的建议。

Background: I’m using a 16-inch Intel-based MacBook Pro, model A2141, running macOS 11 Big Sur (upgraded from macOS 10.10). Since I bought it, I’ve been using it with a Thunderbolt dock to connect three 4K monitors, and I rarely move it (less than four times a year). My GPU setting is pmset -a GPUSwitch 2 (automatic switching, the default setting).

Issue 1: Over the past two months, whenever I frequently use Chrome, especially when GPU acceleration is needed (hardware acceleration enabled), it automatically switches to the underpowered UHD630, which causes severe lag, even just scrolling through Google Maps. This wasn’t an issue before – it would always switch to the dedicated 5500M GPU automatically.

Issue 2: An extension of the first issue – when the integrated GPU is used, even though it’s laggy, it doesn’t stop there. After finishing the task and closing the app, the UHD630 integrated GPU continues to consume around 10 watts of power, even if I close all applications and only the desktop remains open (see attached image). This results in both the dedicated and integrated GPUs being active simultaneously, which, from my 20+ years of Mac experience, shouldn’t happen – only the dedicated GPU should remain active when external monitors are connected.

So, has anyone encountered this problem? Does anyone know a way to solve it?

I’ve already tried resetting SMC/NVRAM, and I’m accustomed to my workflow, so I’d prefer to avoid upgrading the system. Thanks in advance!
