我也是通过这个答案解决的， 我来补充一下具体操作
1、关机后 长按电源键-出现提示继续按住电源键-进入安全模式选择「选项」
2、菜单栏实用工具-选择「安全性xxx」-选择磁盘「安全策略」-选择最后一个底下的两个选项都要勾上
3、使用终端工具输入csrutil disable-输入密码——关闭sip
4、重启电脑，找到在资源库-扩展文件中找到对应的插件并删除
5、再次进入安全模式，把安全策略改成原有的-并在终端输入「csrutil enable」，恢复sip
