看到之前有不少帖子，似乎没找到完美的解决方案（不管是中文还是英文）。

已有的方法包括 1. 退出电脑的icloud再重新登录 2. 删除keychain中的手表解锁记录再重新启用等。

上述方法我都试过，全部不管用（我还将手表重置再重连，依然无效）

后来我利用以下方式解决了以下问题，希望对后来人有用。

在手表已配对的情况下，在手机中解除apple watch与apple id的关联关系，然后这时手表会重新请求连接手机。输入验证码让手表与Apple ID重新配对，然后在手表App中更改名字，这时Mac上会提示有新手表连接到iCloud中。

I tried all of the above methods, and they didn't work (I also reset the watch and reconnected it, still not working)

Later I solved the following problem by using the following method, I hope it will be useful for people later.

With the watch paired, unlink the apple watch from the apple id in the phone, then the watch will request to connect to the phone again at this time. Enter the verification code to re-pair the watch with Apple ID, then change the name in the watch app, which will then prompt a new watch connected to iCloud on the Mac.

The unlocking is successfully enabled.
