我跟 Apple 反馈了，必须在键盘设置里现实关闭 zoom 方可启用单手键盘的提示语：

Can't turn to On-Handed Keyboard Easily when Zoomed

It's not easy to turn One-Handed Keyboard on when Zoom mode is on, there should be some text hints besides Settings > General > Keyboards, telling the user that if they want to use the side keyboard, they need to go to Settings > Accessibility > Zoom to get the zoomed mode off first!
