"Adobe AIR.framework" is damaged and can't be opened.

1.系统版本：10.15.1

2.问题描述：

自从重新安装系统，然后进行Time Machine恢复后，系统就一直无法正常运行Adobe AIR.framework，系统就会提示："Adobe AIR.framework" is damaged and can't be opened.

在adobe air官方下载界面也一直提示：“您的操作系统不支持最新版本的 Adobe AIR。请参见当前最低系统要求和 AIR Archive* 获取旧版本的 AIR。”

3.尝试解决：

在recovery中，terminal关闭SIP后重启，Adobe AIR运行正常，但是在此重启并启动SIP后，Adobe AIR运行有不正常了，所以无解
