无法读取APFS硬碟（Cannot read an APFS format external disk）

我从12年中的Mackbook Pro上拆下来一块HDD硬盘，之前分区成APFS(Mac OSX)和NTFS(Bootcamp)。现在我把它用外接的方式连在装有Mojave的Mac Mini上显示不到APFS，即mac系统的分区，但是可以读到Bootcamp的分区。现在我想从APFS拿资料出来，请问要怎么处理呢？

I have an HDD disk which is disassembled from a Macbook Pro 2012. It's partitioned into APFS and NTFS(bootcamp). Now I hook this disk onto a Mac Mini with Mojave via USB, and the APFS partition cannot be read, however the bootcamp partition is available. I wanna take the data from this disk, and now I have a problem.
