：缺少独立开关关闭主屏幕图标陀螺仪倾斜高光，现有方案会误伤系统动画

设备：iPhone，系统版本 iOS 26.4。

现象：液态玻璃图标会跟随手机陀螺仪转动，图标边缘高光实时漂移晃动，容易视觉疲劳。系统没有独立开关关闭该效果。

尝试过的设置与问题：

1. 全局开启「减弱动态效果」：可以关闭反光，但全部系统过渡动画被阉割，无法接受。

2. 给「主屏幕与App资源库」单独开启减弱动态效果：可关闭图标反光，但会一并禁用多任务缩放动画，副作用过大。

3. 打开「减弱明亮效果」、切换经典图标样式：仅削弱亮度，不能彻底消除陀螺仪动态反光。

期望

新增独立开关：关闭图标陀螺仪动态倾斜高光，完整保留全部系统动画（多任务、App打开动画等），不依赖减弱动态效果开关。

该问题不是硬件故障，是缺少用户可选项。
