Mac Podcast 播客软件自动启动和陌生订阅

MacBook上的播客Podcast App经常后台自启动，活动监视器显示大量耗电，且不在前台出现窗口，菜单栏和程序坞dock里都不出现，只有在强制退出页面才能看到。

订阅列表中出现大量我从未操作的陌生订阅，无法一键删除，而且删不干净。

The Podcast app on my MacBook frequently launches itself in the background. Activity Monitor shows that it consumes a significant amount of battery power, yet it does not appear as a frontmost window, nor does it show up in the menu bar or the Dock. The only place I can see it is in the Force Quit window.

In my subscription list, there are a large number of unfamiliar podcasts that I never subscribed to. There is no way to delete them all at once, and even when I try to remove them individually, they don't get completely cleared.
