我订阅了ChatGPT Plus未到账,第一时间申请退款被拒,第二次申请同样遭到拒绝,我致电苹果客服询问其原因,告诉我已生成账单凭证,并联系过OpenAI平台,不予退款,踢皮球让我找ChatGPT客服。
当天我就联系了ChatGPT客服,给我的回复是,可以退款,但是需要苹果那边操作,我只想说,苹果是这样对老客户的?我在商店消费上万订阅,我有没有收到会员我不知道?我找你们解决问题,只会踢皮球?
