妙控键盘空格键失灵 Magic Keyboard Space bar not working

我的妙控键盘在上周不慎进了饮料，导致空格键出现发黏的问题。我随后致电附近的 Apple Store 咨询是否可以维修，工作人员建议我参考网络上的相关视频，自行对按键进行清理。

我按照建议完成清理后，空格键虽然不再发黏，但却完全失灵，无法正常响应。

需要说明的是，这款妙控键盘购于中国大陆，而事发时我人在海外。之后我前往当地 Apple Store 线下门店说明情况并请求维修，但被告知当地没有对应的中文版本型号，因此无法进行更换或维修。同时我也理解不同地区在产品型号和维修政策上的限制。

但让我感到困扰的是，因为单个按键失灵，我可能需要重新购买一整套新的键盘。回头来看，我也对“建议用户参考网络视频自行处理此类问题”的做法有所疑问。作为普通用户，我是基于对 Apple 官方建议的信任才进行了操作；如果当时没有自行处理，至少空格键仍然可以使用，即便手感不够理想。

这件事情让我感到非常懊恼。我购买这款妙控键盘主要用于 MacBook 外接显示器时的工作和学习，目前已经对我的日常使用造成了不小的影响。因此想请教社区是否有任何可行的方法，可以帮助我维修或解决这个问题。

Last week, my Magic Keyboard was accidentally exposed to a drink, which caused the space bar to become sticky. I contacted a nearby Apple Store to ask whether it could be repaired, and a staff member suggested that I refer to online tutorial videos and try cleaning the key myself.

After following the suggested steps, the sticky feeling was resolved, but unfortunately the space bar stopped responding entirely.

This Magic Keyboard was originally purchased in mainland China, and I was overseas at the time of the incident. I later visited a local Apple Store to explain the situation and request a repair, but was informed that the local store does not carry this specific (Chinese-layout) model and therefore cannot offer a repair or replacement. I understand that regional differences and policies may limit available service options.

However, it is frustrating that a single non-functioning key may require replacing the entire keyboard. In hindsight, I also have concerns about recommending customers to follow online videos to perform self-cleaning on such a delicate product. As a user, I followed this advice based on trust in Apple’s guidance. Had I not done so, the space bar might at least still be functional, even if the feel was not ideal.

This situation has been quite discouraging. I purchased this keyboard primarily for work and study when using my MacBook with an external display, and the issue has significantly affected my daily workflow. I would greatly appreciate any suggestions from the community regarding possible repair options or solutions.
