我使用信用卡購買遊戲幣卻跳出無法購買

我在9/18時買的還好好的但後面開始買不了我以為只是一時的限制但移除並重新綁定信用卡依舊沒有任何改善，請問走人知道怎麼回事嗎？The purchases I made on 9/18 were all working fine but I started not being able to make purchases anymore. I thought it was just a temporary restriction but removing and rebinding the credit card still didn't help. Does anyone know what's going on?
