iPhone 14 在 App Store 更新软件时出现：Your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes.

你好 朋友们

我的手机型号是iphone 14

apple store更新软件时 就跳出窗口

并且显示：“your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes.”

我尝试过更改密码 但还是没有任何作用

apple id的账号是可以登录 并且 密码我也更改了一次

就是在进行更新软件这一环节时 就出现了这个问题

可有大神 能帮忙解决一下！！！ 谢谢
