ipad air 2 无法连接到app store
型号是ipad air 2
软件版本 15.8.4
账号现状：
apple id 因时间久远被停用。
app store用的是另一个ID，升级前正常使用。

今天更新了板子，导致app store无法连接。
采取了以下措施：
1.使用了众多DNS配置，8.8.8.8、4.2.2.2等均无效；
2.时区和时间显示正确。但打开自动设置时，时区刷不出来；
3.使用了热点连接，无效；
4.还原网络设置，无效；
5.重启，无效。
