按照这个哥们的方法，我升级成功了，昨天和前天各种方式试过10多遍都失败了，今天早上按照这个方式系统设置->通用->内容共享，开启再关闭，然后升级就成功了。

位置：系统设置》通用》共享》内容缓存，打开然后关闭，然后自动更新就成功了。
