首先，排除你的 Install macOS Monterey.app本身是完整没有问题的；其次，看内置盘空间足够；最后，确认当前用户有足够的权限。

如果是，多数时候运行正常，偶尔出现此问题，那么对于Monterey的，的确有类似问题。严重的情况，需要重新启动系统。

我曾经为我们自己做了个脚本，在github上叫做 mk3MacInstallerUSBDisk，是用来在一个64GB或更大的U盘上，制作3个启动系统的，用于客户端维护，macOS版本可以自由选择，我们是默认用最近的三个系统，比如Monterey, Ventura和Soname。在测试中，只有Monterey会出现类似问题。模糊记得12.6之后好像好一些。

如果想深究其中的原因，可以看看哪个脚本，在里面处理了一些常见的问题，但是依然会有小概率出问题，尤其是某些台式机上。

遇到这种情况，对普通用户，可以重新启动一次。
