在编辑 PDF 时，预览会跳回以前的高光或注释

当编辑一个pdf的时候，例如要对一段话进行高亮，预览app会自动跳到上一个高亮的地方，导致将两次选择的区域的全部文字都给高亮了，我检查过这不是因为排版导致的问题。这是一个普遍性的问题，希望能够得到修复。

When editing a pdf, Preview keeps jumping back to the previous highlight or note after you highlight a new section. This is very annoying because I lose my place when reading.

This is only a Big Sur issue, was fine on Catalina.

Has anyone else experienced this issues, and is there a way to downgrade the preview app itself, or turn off this "feature"
