会不会跟下边两个参数有关系？

com.apple.apsd 是通知（Apple Push Notification）功能的守护程序，上面重复出现的多是与其相关。现在能想到的是下面的两个方面，其他人可能有更多的建议。

到系统偏好中的通知中，至少开启勿扰模式，有很多程序使用它从服务器下载通知，尤其是如Safari之类的，一般都没有必要，逐行看是否都必要，没必要的都关闭。

另外，建议运行下面的命令，来关闭tcpkeepalive

sudo pmset -b tcpkeepalive 0
