未取消订阅意外扣款
之前试用一款软件，不太满意就卸载了，但一直进不了订阅管理页面进行取消操作，今天早上忽然收到扣款邮件。
尝试在https://reportaproblem.apple.com 上申请退款，但提示无法退款（We've determined that your purchase does not meet the conditions for a refund.）
打电话也一直等待，https://getsupport.apple.com在线客服网站显示403错误。
想问我应该怎么办？
