求大神帮忙解决 iphone6p ios9.2.1更新错误Help me for update error

本机iphone6p 16G升级到ios9.2.1就无法继续升级了

手机直接升级报错 连接Windows PC用iTunes升级iTunes崩溃 错误文件见附件

my iPhone is iPhone6plus 16G IOS9.2.1, though i try several times, i can't update my ios to the latest version

when i try to update directly on my phone, it tells me it cannot be updated

and when i try it by iTunes on my PC, the iTunes crash. Following is crash logs. beg for your help.
