1. 过去半年，iphone6s 频繁灰屏挂死或重启

2. 重装系统未安装任何应用的情况下，使用任意自带的程序，均出现过白苹果重启现象

3. 送设备去店里做过检测未发现硬件异常或兼容性问题

4. IOS系统已经升级到最新的11.2.1，问题仍然隔三差五出现，每天1~2次，待机过程或者使用过程中均有
